Shinhan Financial Group defines customers, shareholders and investors, executives and employees, business partners, local communities, and the government as major stakeholders, and practices Compassionate Finance to work with all stakeholders. We listen to the opinions of stakeholders based on various communication channels, and major opinions are reflected in ESG strategy implementation activities for sustainable management. In addition, in order to communicate with various stakeholders and meet the demand for ESG information disclosure, we are the first company reporting the ESG report twice a year in domestic financial industry. ‘ESG Highlights’, which summarizes ESG activities on stakeholder interests, are reported in storytelling format, and overall ESG activities of Shinhan Financial Group are explained in detail through ‘ESG Report’.
